Marc Graille’s team particularly pursues 2 main objectives:
Deciphering the role of post-transcriptional/translational modifications of different molecules (tRNAs, rRNAs and proteins) involved in mRNA translation and hence on cell development.;
Understanding the molecular mechanisms responsible for the recruitment of mRNA decay enzymes to their targets.
