My current research is focused on developing algorithms to analyse different types of genomics and proteomics data. It includes pathway analysis, evolution of antimicrobial resistance, mechanistic details of antibiotic resistance in microbial pathogens, integration of multiple omic datasets. For our analysis different tools of protein evolution-structure-function relationship analysis, biological text mining, gene ontology, proteomic bioinformatics, machine learning and systems biology.
