Mahendra Pakala

Mahendra Pakala is currently responsible for MRAM process development at Applied Materials, Sunnyvale, CA, USA. Prior to joining in 2012, he was the Director of Process Development with Western Digital from 2005 to 2012, where he was responsible for the development and transfer of magnetic tunnel junctions in disk drives to manufacturing, and the Director of Advanced Materials with Grandis Inc., Milpitas, CA, USA.
