I am interested in understanding early hominin evolution. I do fieldwork in Southern Ethiopia, in the Mursi Formation, dated at more than 4.1 Ma, which when the genus Australopithecus first occurs. I am also interested in the anatomical evolution of hominins and other primates, particularly the limbs. And finally, I also investigate the link between bone modeling and remodeling.
