At IMD, I worked on weather forecasting and climate services including Long range monsoon forecasting, development of prediction tools and climate data sets. I have more than 140 research publications with a h-index of 50 and more than 11500 citations. My important research contributions are on Monsoon variability and prediction, climate change, extreme weather events and prediction of mesoscale systems.
