The content of our group is molecular design, synthesis, separation, characterization and bioanalytical testing of medicinally active organic substances and their formulations. From the point of view of medical applications, we focus on theranostics, cellular probes, enzymatic, epigenetic and pharmaceuticals. Molecular design is based on organic substances based on the structural motif of, for example, hydrazones, methinium salts, coumarins, curcumins, Troger's bases, etc.
