个人简介
Mohsin Haji received the B.E. degree (with honors) in multimedia and internet systems from City University, London, U.K., in 2007. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the School of Engineering, University of Glasgow, Glasgow, U.K.
His work focuses on the realization of integrated optical systems in AlGaInAs/InP. His current research interests include designing integrated optical and radio frequency systems, passive noise reduction techniques for mode locked laser diodes, saturable absorption dynamics in semiconductors, and high frequency optoelectronic oscillators.
