Mikhail A. Bobrov received the Diploma (M.S. equivalent) degree in physics from Peter the Great St. Petersburg State Polytechnic University, Saint Petersburg, in 2014. He has coauthored over 40 articles. His research interests include the theoretical modeling and characterization of the different optoelectronic devices, including vertical-cavity surface emitting lasers, photodiodes, and single photon sources.
