Her main research interest can shortly be characterised as ‘interplay between discrete and continuous mathematical structures’. The research credo is to develop a well founded and self-contained theory of geometric models, especially surfaces, originating from complex three-dimensional data.
Her other research interest lies in Robotics where she is interested in emerging behaviour patterns in robot teams.
