Lois E. Tetrick

Lois E. Tetrick is a professor in George Mason Univer-sity's Industrial/Organizational Psychology program. Her research interests include occupational health and safety, occupational stress, the work-family interface, psychological contracts, social exchange theory and reciprocity, organizational commitment, and organizational change and development. Tetrick received a PhD in industrial and organizational psychology from Georgia Tech. Contact her at ltetrick@gmu.edu.
