Liping Zhang

Liping Zhang (Graduate Student Member, IEEE) received the B.E. degree in inorganic nonmetallic materials engineering from the Changchun University of Science and Technology, Changchun, China, in 2018. She is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in microelectronics and solid-state electronics at the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shanghai, China. She joined the State Key Laboratory of Functional Materials for Informatics, Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Her research interests include the design and microfabrication techniques of MEMS resonators and filters for RF front ends.
