个人简介
Interaction of cell and microenvironment plays an important role in the regulation of cell behavior. Integrin mediated cell adhesion, cell migration and signal transduction are essential for organ development and various pathological processes. We are currently focusing on the molecular mechanisms of integrin-mediated signal transduction (especially, ILK-Pinch-Parvin ternary complex and Kindlin-Migfilin-Filamin complex) and their roles in organogenesis (stem cell renewal and differentiation) and the development and progression of cancers such as non–small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)
