I am director of an Inserm Unit "UMS 54 Methods and Appliead Research for Trials which is a CTU for Inserm-ANRS and is ISO9001 certified for clinical reseach in the context of infectious diseases and vaccinology. For my research I am affiliated to the Inserm/Inria SISTM team.

I am co-principal investigator of two national cohorts (ANRS0001S COV-POPART and ANRS CO13 HEPAVIH) and involved in regional (ANRS CO3 Aquitaine cohort, methodological coordination), national ANRS CO22 HEPATHER cohort, scientific board member) and European cohorts and cohort collaborations (ART-CC, CASCADE, HEPCAUSAL, HIVCAUSAL, INCHEHC).

I am a member CESREES (Comité éthique et scientifique pour les recherches, les études et les évaluations dans le domaine de la santé).
