个人简介
Liadh completed a PhD on the iCLIPS project. Her PhD research focused on the development of novel IR algorithms for personal lifelogs. As part of her research she instrumented the logging of lifelog items and associated context data. Using this data she formed semi-structured lifelogs annotated with rich sources of context data. Her research included: techniques to integrate recalled context data into IR algorithms; and using subjects' biometric response to locate interesting items and improve the retrieval process.
Liadh's main research interests lie in the applied artificial intelligence space. Her current research focuses on multilingual search and access for the biomedical domain, multimodal lifelog access and evaluation techniques. She holds a PhD in Computer Science from Dublin City University, Ireland, and MSc (research) and BSc (hons) degrees in Computer Science from University College Dublin, Ireland. Her PhD focused on the development of novel retrieval algorithms for personal lifelogs (see iCLIPS), and her MSc on personalised web page recommendation.
