主要研究组织器官微环境内免疫细胞互作、免疫细胞与非免疫细胞互作研究,重点阐明了区域免疫细胞调控网络与肝脏炎性损伤、慢性感染、肿瘤等重大疾病的关系。揭示:巨噬细胞与中性粒细胞互作,促进肝脏炎性损伤后再生与修复的新机制;巨噬细胞与T细胞互作、Treg细胞与Tfh/B细胞互作,导致肝脏抗病毒“细胞免疫耐受”和“体液免疫耐受”的新机制;巨噬细胞与T细胞互作,导致肿瘤免疫耐受的新机制;巨噬细胞与肿瘤细胞互作,促进肿瘤细胞干性维持与迁移的新机制。基于前述研究,发掘到慢性感染与肿瘤免疫治疗全新靶点
