He has published over 300 papers, received over 40 US patents, co-authored three books, graduated 31 PhD students, and is a Life Fellow of the IEEE.
My research involves development of new semiconductor device and circuit techniques to enable faster and more pervasive wireless communications devices. This includes cell phones, wireless LAN, GPS, video streaming, satellite, medical/clinical and environmental sensing applications.
