Bio

Laura Kerber received a BA in Geology (Pomona College, 2006), M.S. degrees in Geological Sciences (2008) and Engineering (2011), and a PhD in Geological Sciences (2011) from Brown University. She is a research scientist in the planetary science section at JPL, where her research focuses on volcanology and desert erosion processes on Earth, Mars, Mercury, and the Moon. She is the deputy project scientist for 2001 Mars Odyssey Mission.
