Graham, L.D.

Lee D. Graham (BS'85) Lee Graham received a BS in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University at Ames, Iowa in 1985. From 1985 to 1987, he worked for McDonnell Douglas Astronautics in Houston, TX doing Space Shuttle Remote Manipulator System planning and analysis. In 1987, he joined NASA in the Safety Division at JSC following the Challenger accident. Subsequently he has worked in various systems engineeing roles in the Space Station Freedom Program, the International Space Station Program and the Constellation Program. He was also the Deputy Project Manager for the Interim Control Module from 1997 to 2000, based at the Naval Research Laboratory in Washington, D.C. He is currently a senior research engineer in the Astromaterials Research and Exploration Science Directorate. His areas of research and interests include nanosatellite design and application, NEO tomography determination and exploration mission concept development.
