个人简介
His research focuses on global human resources, performance management and leadership development. His articles have been published in journals such as Academy of Management Journal, Journal of International Business Studies, Personnel Psychology, Human Resource Management, etc.
While at Cornell ILR, he intends to study the impact of digital technologies on the workforce and workplace. He is interested in better understanding how digital technologies are changing the way work is done, and the impact of digital transformation on people strategy and management, from talent acquisition and development to performance management to compensation, on organizational success.
