Bio
Kui Xu (M'13) was born in 1982. He received the B.S. degree in wireless communications and the Ph.D. degree in software-defined radio from the PLA University of Science and Technology (PLAUST), Nanjing, China, in 2004 and 2009, respectively.
He is currently a Lecturer with the College of Communications Engineering, PLAUST. In December 2013, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow with PLAUST. He is the author of about 50 papers in refereed journals and conference proceedings and holds five patents in China. His research interests include broadband wireless communications, signal processing for communications, network coding, and wireless communication networks.
Dr. Xu served on the Technical Program Committee of the 2014 IEEE International Conference on Wireless Communications and Signal Processing. He serves as the Reviewer for the
IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications, the
IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, the
IEEE Communications Letters, and the
IEEE Signal Processing Letters. He received the URSI Young Scientists Award in 2014 and the 2010 ten excellent doctor degree dissertation award from PLAUST.
