个人简介
We developed a CRISPR-Cas9-based genetic screening method (CRISPR screening), which enabled us to genetically dissect various biological processes in mammalian systems. We now apply this powerful technology for studying (1) the molecular mechanisms underlying pluripotency maintenance and cellular differentiation in human pluripotent stem cells and (2) the molecular basis of cancer cell proliferation. We are particularly interested in transcriptional regulation and aim to develop novel therapeutics.
