Kok-Yong Seng

Kok-Yong Seng received the B.Eng. and M.Sc. degrees in mechanical engineering from the National University of Singapore, Singapore, in 1998 and 2003, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in bioengineering from the University of Washington, Seattle, in 2007. From 1999 to 2003, he was a Senior Research Engineer at the Defence Science and Technology Agency, Singapore, where he implemented computer models to assess injury and impact biomechanics. Since 2007, he has been a Senior Member of the Technical Staff, DSO National Laboratories, Singapore.
