My primary research agenda aims to determine the extent to which fundamental traits moderate the psychological effects of exercise, & the success of physical activity (PA) promotion strategies. Ulitmately, I aim to adapt evidence based approaches to enhance outcomes by leveraging individual differences. More broadly, I am involved with interdisciplinary partnerships focused on risk reduction for chronic illnesses (e.g., diabetes, cancer), and offer quantitative and psychometric expertise.
