个人简介
Kate’s translational research program focuses on improving the way we deliver care to patients and their families, developing strategies to improve continuity of patient care across the care continuum; and improving the translation of scientific evidence into clinical practice. Kate has attracted more than $4 million in research funding and in 2011 was awarded the Frank McDermott Award for research completed and published in the last 10 years judged to have led to the greatest improvements in care of severely injured patients in Australia and NZ. Kate is also on the Editorial Board of the Australasian Emergency Care Journal Nursing and a Fellow of the College of Emergency Nursing Australasia.
