I am trying to alter the methylation potential of methyltransferase domain of Dengue NS-5 protein using rational design. Our research group is developing a high-throughput facility to screen potential antimalarials from nature origin, especially from unexplored indian coastline. For the COVID pandemic, we are trying to understand the host antibody repertoire / genetic predispositions against SARS-CoV-2.
