Kangping Wang

Kangping Wang (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University, Xi’an, China, in 2012 and 2018, respectively. From August 2016 to August 2017, he was with the Department of ePOWER, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Queen’s University, Kingston, ON, Canada, as a Visiting Scholar. Since 2018, he has been an Associate Professor with the School of Electrical Engineering, Xi’an Jiaotong University. His research interests include high-frequency power conversion technology and application and integration technology of wide bandgap devices. Dr. Wang was a recipient of the Best Paper Award of the International Conference on Power Electronics—ECCE Asia in 2019.
