个人简介
Kan Yasui received the B.S. degree in applied physics and the M.E. degree in environmental physics and engineering from the Tokyo Institute of Technology, Tokyo, Japan, in 1993 and 1995, respectively. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the Division of Electric, Electronics and Information Engineering, Graduate School of Engineering, Osaka University, Suita, Japan.
He worked in semiconductor industry with the Central Research Laboratory, Hitachi Ltd., Kokubunji, Japan. Since 2016, he has been with Hitachi Power Semiconductor Device Ltd., Hitachi, Japan, where he has worked on the design and development of SiC power modules. His research interests include reliable package development for SiC power modules.
