Bio
I am currently a Ph.D. student in Nanoscience at Universitat de Barcelona (UB) supervised by Prof. Mario Lanza and Prof. Blas Garrido. My recent research focuses on fully inkjet-printed electronics, including lead-free perovskite-based light-emitting diodes (LED) and hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) based memristor. Before, I am a Master student in Physics at FUNSOM, Soochow University. During my Master's period, I built 2D materials (CVD grown) and metal-oxide based memristor for storage and neuromorphic application. In this direction, I have published one ACS Applied Materials & Interface journal paper and one IEEE-IRPS paper as the first author.
I have published 9 research articles in high impact journals (including ACS Applied Materials & Interface, 2D material, Advanced Electronic Materials), and also in flagship conferences (IRPS, IPFA, CSTIC, etc.). I won the Best Poster Presentation Award at 2nd International Workshop on Future Computing (IWOFC) and gave a talk on China Semiconductor Technology International Conference (CSTIC). I attended IEEE-IPFA in Singapore as a coauthor. I also serve as an active reviewer for Scientific Reports and Microelectronic Engineering.
I am proficient in nanodevice fabrication equipment like photolithography, electron beam evaporation, sputtering and atomic layer deposition to pattern and deposit thin film. And characterization equipment like scanning electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy to get topography information and probe station and semiconductor parameter analyzer to get electrical information.
