Dr. Kimberly Johnson is Department Chair of Management, Marketing, and Supply Chain at Clayton State University. She has 20 years’ experience in higher education, including 9 years as an administrator. She teaches and trains on management; human resource management; organizational behavior; leadership; and managing organizational culture, communication, conflict, and change. She is a trainer for the Certified Management Program. She also offers workshops on employee engagement, implicit bias, and other topics. As an administrator, she was selected to participate in the Harvard Management Development Program. Her research interests are organizational behavior, organizational values, and work-life balance. She has published scholarly articles and presented at numerous conferences.
