Réhault Julien

Julien Réhault was born in France, in 1978. In 2004, he started his career as an Engineer for the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique, France. He received the Ph.D. degree in 2012 from Zürich University, Switzerland. He moved for a Postdoctoral in Politecnico di Milano with a Swiss National Fundation Grant and since 2015 is appointed as a Research Scientist on the SwissFEL Project in Paul Scherrer Institute, Switzerland. His research interests include any type of non-linear spectroscopy, but in particular two-dimensional spectroscopy in the visible and mid-infrared, with a particular emphasis on the manipulation of light polarization. He applied these techniques to the study of ultrafast photochemical and biological reactions.
