Julian Webber

Julian L. Webber (Senior Member, IEEE) received the M.Eng. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Bristol, U.K., in 1996 and 2004, respectively. He is currently an Associate Professor with the Kuwait College of Science and Technology (KCST). He was with Texas Instruments Europe, from September 1996 to October 1998. He was a Research Fellow with the University of Bristol, from November 2001 to August 2007, and Hokkaido University, Japan, from September 2007 to March 2012. He was a Research Scientist with the Wave Engineering Laboratories, ATR Institute International, Japan, from April 2012 to March 2018. He has been an Assistant Professor with Osaka University, since April 2018, and a Guest Research Scientist with ATR. His research interests include signal processing, and wireless communication systems design and implementation. He is also a member of IEICE.
