Skapik Julia

Julia Skapik received the M.D. and M.P.H. degrees in epidemiology and biostatistics from Johns Hopkins Schools of Medicine and Public Health. She is a physician and fellow in science and technology policy through the American Association for the Advancement of Science where she works with health IT research and policy at the National Science Foundation. She also works part time with the Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT on clinical quality standards and electronic health records. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and has a clinical appointment at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.
