Bio
My research focuses on utilising machine learning to produce tools for the analysis of high dimension biological or image datasets. At the moment, I am interested in developing methods for the analysis of expression data, specifically detecting interactions that exist between genes and phenotypic data using supervised machine learning algorithms.
