Joseph Francis Foss

I am a Staff member at the Cleveland Clinic in the Department of General Anesthesiology in the Anesthesiology Institute. As a founder of NeuroTherapia I am currently leading a project to bring NTRX-07, a promising new compound, from the bench to the bedside for the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease and neuropathic pain. I am a practicing anesthesiologist providing patient care. In collaboration with Cleveland Clinic Innovations I am working to identify promising discoveries from research at the Clinic which can be translated to clinical care. I also mentor staff who are interested in developing research projects in clinical anesthesiology. I am a Vice-Chair for the Institutional Review Board (IRB) and have an interest in the conduct of clinical trials and human subjects protection.
