个人简介
Prior to his time at the University of Alabama, Halbesleben worked at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, teaching in the UW Consortium Online MBA Program, and at the University of Missouri, teaching in their Executive Masters of Health Administration Program. Halbesleben has written or edited 13 books and published over 90 peer-reviewed journal articles on topics such as employee well-being (particularly stress, burnout, and employee engagement), work-family issues, and relationships in and out of the workplace. His research has been funded by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and Department of Defense, among others. He is a fellow of the American Psychological Association and Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
