Bio
John H. Phan received the B.S. degree in computer engineering from the University of Oklahoma, Norman, OK, USA, in 2003, and the Ph.D. degree in the Department of Biomedical Engineering, Georgia Institute of Technology and Emory University, Atlanta, GA, USA, in 2009.
He is currently a Research Assistant Professor at Emory University. His research interests include integrative analysis of high-throughput biological data such as next-generation sequencing and histopathological whole-slide imaging, high-performance and grid computing for biomedical informatics, and translational bioinformatics.
