Jinhong Shi

Jinhong Shi received the B.Sc. degree in information engineering from the College of Automation, Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi'an, China, in 2006. She is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in the Division of Biomedical Engineering, University of Saskatchewan, Saskatoon, Canada. Her current research interests include tandem mass spectral analysis, peptide and protein identification, machine learning, and its applications in bioinformatics.
