Low-dimensional materials have many novel physical properties and have huge application potential in the development of new devices, micro/nano photoelectric integration, light-emitting devices, and green lighting. We use a variety of methods to prepare carbon quantum dots and study their related properties and applications.
2. Graphene preparation and device application
Use chemical vapor deposition to grow large-area high-quality graphene; study the physical properties of graphene; and develop high-performance photoelectric devices based on graphene.
