Jay is currently a Staff Algorithm Engineer at Alibaba Advertisement Business Unit (namely Alimama). His current work mainly focuses on business area of Recommendation Systems, CTR Prediction, Optimized Pricing, etc. in Online Display Ads, leveraging various technology of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, LTR, etc. Before joining Alibaba, Jay worked as a main algorithm contributor of EntityLinking product (delivered in Office365&Win10 as a main feature) in Microsoft Bing team. Jay took oversea working experience in Seoul for SK Group as a Software Engineer for 3 years right after he got Master&Bachelor degrees from Peking University in 2009.
