Jie Chen (Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree in Computer Applied Technology at the Hefei Institute of Physical Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences, University of Science and Technology of China in 2019. He is currently a lecturer and master supervisor at the Key Laboratory of Intelligent Computing and Signal Processing of Ministry of Education, Anhui University, China, and also a postdoctoral fellow at the 38th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation. He is a member of IEEE, IEEE Intelligent Transportation Systems Society, IEEE Geoscience and Remote Sensing Society, IEEE Young Professionals, Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence, and a professional member of China Computer Federation. His research interests include deep learning, intelligent interpretation of remote sensing images, and autonomous driving. He has presided over ten projects including the National Natural Science Foundation Youth Project, Anhui Provincial Natural Science Foundation Youth Project, China Postdoctoral Science Foundation General Project, etc. He has published dozens of papers in high-level journals/conferences such as IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems, a top journal in the field of intelligent transportation and autonomous driving, and IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing, a top journal in the field of remote sensing. More than ten invention patents have been accepted and authorized. He serves as a guest reviewer for journals such as IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing, IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems, and Journal of Network and Computer Applications. In 2021, he won the Silver Medal of Anhui Province in the First National Postdoctoral Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.
