个人简介
My research is grounded in Machine Learning and Data Mining, with an emphasis on addressing challenges related to data efficiency (e.g., few-shot learning, minimal supervision) and privacy (e.g., federated learning). Currently, my interests lie in developing federated learning solutions for complex real-world scenarios:
Statistical heterogeneity (non-IID, personalization)
System heterogeneity (network architectures, running capacities)
Efficiency (asynchronous update)
My projects target a wide range of applications, from common classification tasks in natural language processing and computer vision, to popular human sensing applications such as human activity recognition, health analytics, etc.
