Prof. Jia-Xing Jiang received his Ph.D degree in the College of Materials Science and Engineering, South China University of Technology in 2006. He was a postdoc researcher (2006 – 2011) in the Department of Chemistry at the University of Liverpool. He moved to the School of Materials Science and Engineering at Shaanxi Normal University as a Professor in 2012. His current research activities span a range of areas in organic polymer microporous materials including hypercrosslinked porous organic materials, carbon materials, conjugated microporous materials and their potential applications such as gas storage, separation, heterogeneous catalysis, energy storage and hydrogen evolution from photocatalytic water splitting.
