Jian Wang

My research focuses on T cells, including T cell epitope screening, activation, peripheral maintenance and directed migration, and relevant findings have been published in journals such as Cell, J Exp Med, Nat Commun, J Immunol, J Autoimmun and Front Immunol. Research interests and directions: 1. Identification of disease-associated T cell phenotype and function; 2. Screening of disease-related T cell epitopes to explain the pathogenesis of T-cell-mediated diseases; 3. Disease therapy based on epitope and T cell receptor (TCR), such as peptide vaccine, mRNA vaccine and TCR-T.
