Jeannie Marie Paterson specialises in the areas of contracts, consumer protection and consumer credit law, as well as the role of new technologies in these fields.
Jeannie’s research covers three interrelated themes:
The relationship between moral norms, ethical standards and law;
Protection for consumers experiencing vulnerability;
Regulatory design for emerging technologies that is safe, fair and effective.
