Javier Gorroño

Javier Gorroño is currently a Post-Doctoral Scientist with the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV), Valencia, Spain. He is an expert in the calibration and validation of optical satellite missions. He is currently involved in the development of uncertainty products for the Sentinel 2 mission, the development and validation of methane retrieval algorithms, and the development of satellite intercalibration methodologies. Dr. Gorroño is a former ESA Living Planet Fellow and also an Active Member of the TRUTHS and Sentinel 2 Next Generation (S2-NG) Mission Advisory Groups.
