Jason L. Strader

Jason L. Strader received the B.S. degree in chemistry from Baldwin-Wallace College, Berea, OH. He joined Laird Technologies (with the acquisition of Thermagon, Inc.), Cleveland, OH, in April 2004. He is currently the Technology Leader for high performance interface materials. He has ten years experience in thermal interface material technology. A few of the highlights include R&D in thermally conductive greases, phase change materials, and gap filler materials for electronic applications. He currently leads Laird Technologies High Performance Thermal Technology Team whose primary focus is on grease and phase change materials. He has three U.S. patents on thermal transfer materials.
