He is the Presidente of AGES 2017-2019, Senior Editor of the Journal of Minimally Invasive Gynaecology, Associate Editor for Human Reproduction and ANZJOG and the director of the GRACE Unit at Royal Hospital for Women. He is the Medical Director of Endometriosis Australia, a charitable organisation that has championed this disease and been a leader in the first national action plan on a disease (endometriosis) in this country. He is on the Federal Governments Endometriosis Advisory Committee, Chairs the MRFF funded National Endometriosis Clinical and Scientific Trials (NECST) Network and advises on the medicare review committee for endometriosis and the Heavy Menstrual Bleeding group for government.
