个人简介
His research interests include self-regulatory processes, work motivation, and emotional labor. His research has been funded by the National Science Foundation and his 65+ publications have appeared in leading journals such as Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Academy of Management Journal, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, and Journal of Management. Dr. Diefendorff is a fellow of the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology, has served as Associate Editor at Personnel Psychology and Journal of Business and Psychology, and has been on the editorial boards of Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Journal of Vocational Behavior, and Journal of Organizational Behavior.
