RESEARCH DESCRIPTION
The focus of my research is the development of molecular reagents for the applications in biomolecule separation and diagnostic assays. The overall objective is to improve assays’ sensitivity, specificity, throughput, and multiplexing capacity. My group has been developing new stimuli-responsive reagent systems with different stimuli and reagent formats (e.g., nanoparticles and conjugates) to interface with various analytical technologies to facilitate the corresponding diagnostic applications.
