James Guest

My research interests are broad within coral reef science including reproductive and larval ecology, recruitment dynamics, long term community change, bleaching and restoration ecology. I have a marine biology degree from Newcastle University and a PhD on the reproductive ecology of reef corals from the National University of Singapore. I have held postdoctoral research positions in the UK, Singapore and Australia. I am currently a Reader in Coral Reef Ecology at Newcastle University.
